Ever since the Charleston tragedy, I've been thinking of how that event was so different from my own experience when I visited in Sep 2014, and how the tragedy colors peoples' perceptions of that city. I wanted to share my experience of a normal, varied, active, quiet Charleston and created a short photo collage. I hope that one day Charleston can again return to this normal, peaceful state and that you enjoy these pictures.
